Formed in 1967 by the late Leonard Stokes, Stokey Plant have been involved in many of the UK’s major earthmoving projects such as road construction, quarrying for all of the major aggregate producers, and opencast mining in Scotland, England, and Wales.
Since our inception in 1967, the company has continued to grow and diversify, whilst keeping our core values and family roots at the heart of the business.
The health and safety of our own employees and of those with whom we work with is of prime importance.
All of our operators and supervisors are highly skilled, CPCS, CSCS, NPORS and EPIC, qualified assuring our clients of a first class service at all times.
Along with our comprehensive Health and Safety Policy, we are also members of Achilles, Avetta and are an accredited Alcumus “Safe Company”. We are also a member of the CPA.
It is our aim to concentrate on providing a quality service; reliable machines with experienced operators where required who can be trusted to work in a safe and efficient manner.
